At Technalay, we strive to provide high-quality digital products and ensure customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of digital goods, we have a strict no-refund policy with limited exceptions. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products – No Refunds
- All sales of downloadable digital products (e-books, templates, AI prompts, graphics, etc.) are final.
- Since digital files can be copied or duplicated after purchase, we do not offer refunds once the download link is delivered.
2. Exceptions (Refund Eligibility)
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
✅ Technical Issues: If the product is defective, corrupted, or unusable due to an error on our end.
✅ Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice.
✅ Misrepresentation: If the product significantly differs from its advertised description.
To request a refund under these exceptions:
- Contact us within 7 days of purchase.
- Provide your order details and a clear explanation of the issue.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
❌ Change of Mind – No refunds if you simply decide you don’t need the product.
❌ Failure to Download – It’s your responsibility to download files promptly.
❌ Incorrect Purchase – Double-check before buying; we don’t refund accidental orders.
❌ Partial Refunds – We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a product.
